Self Care - Checklist
It’s easy to get up, get ready, and get straight into what needs to be done for the day without thinking about yourself.
Personally, even when I don't feel like it, I always find making time for myself is worthwhile.
So what if you gave yourself just 10 to 30 minutes first thing in the morning? Whether that is a quiet coffee, a few lines in your journal, a walk outside, some gentle movement, or simply a little time for yourself.
That small practice of putting yourself first can make such a big difference to the rest of your day.
