Self Care - Checklist

It’s easy to get up, get ready, and get straight into what needs to be done for the day without thinking about yourself.

 

Personally, even when I don't feel like it,  I always find making time for myself is worthwhile.

So what if you gave yourself just 10 to 30 minutes first thing in the morning? Whether that is a  quiet coffee, a few lines in your journal, a walk outside, some gentle movement, or simply a little time for yourself.

That small practice of putting yourself first can make such a big difference to the rest of your day.

A gentle reminder to pause, reconnect, and care for yourself.

Today, have I taken a moment to…

☐ Drink enough water and nourish my body
☐ Take a few quiet moments for myself
☐ Move my body in a way that feels good
☐ Spend time outside or connect with nature
☐ Do something that makes me happy
☐ Allow myself to rest without guilt
☐ Say something kind to myself
☐ Set a healthy boundary where I need one
☐ Connect with friends who supports me
☐ Notice and listen to how I feel

A moment to reflect:

What does my mind, body, and heart need from me today?

What is one small thing of kindness I can offer myself?
