Resources

A little something to support you on your journey

When I was going through my hardest time, I went looking for something. The truth is, I didn't even know what I was looking for.

That's why I've put these resources together. They're simply here to support you if you need them and to introduce you to some of the things that helped me along the way.

Some things will resonate with you. Some may be completely new, and others might not be for you at all. That's okay, because we are all like fingerprints, uniquely different, and that's what makes each of us so special.

So please, take what you need from here. Leave what doesn't feel right. Sometimes it's easier to stay open-minded when we're learning something new, and you might just surprise yourself with what ends up supporting you.

I hope you enjoy discovering what speaks to you.

Self Reflection - A moment to pause

Sometimes we move through life so quickly that we forget to check in with ourselves.

These prompts are an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what matters to you.

Affirmations

Are a gentle way to challenge old beliefs, create new possibilities, and reconnect with the feelings and qualities you want to bring into your life.

Self-care

Is not selfish. It is about creating small moments to nurture your mind, body, and wellbeing. Use this checklist as a gentle reminder to check in with yourself and notice what you need.

A Few Things That Help Me Along My Way

Over the years, my morning practice has changed and evolved. I have explored different forms of meditation, breathwork, journaling, and mindfulness, and I have found that different teachers and practices resonate with me at different times in my life.

Some mornings I may meditate, other mornings I may journal, practise breathwork, or simply take a quiet moment for myself. I have learned that there is no perfect routine. It is about discovering what supports you, what feels right for you, and allowing that to change as you grow.

One of my favourite things, that I personally love, is being in nature. Sometimes doing the practices, other times just being amongst it all, present and still.
