When Did You Stop Mattering to Yourself?

Not to everyone else. You’re still showing up for them.
But to yourself.
When did you stop asking what you actually want?
When did you stop doing the things that used to make you feel alive?
When did rest start feeling like something you had to earn?

And for many women, these questions are harder to answer than they should be. Not because they don’t know... but because they stopped asking so long ago.
Life just got busy. People needed things. You gave them. That’s what you did. That’s what you do.
And somewhere in all of that, the quiet little voice that used to say “what about me” just… stopped.
Not forever. She’s still there.
And maybe this is the moment to start asking those questions again.
What matters to me?
What would I love more of in my life?
What have I always wanted to explore?
Maybe this next chapter is about making a little more room for yourself.
Not because you need to become someone else, but because there may be parts of you that are ready to be heard again.
The things you’ve put aside.
The things you’ve always said “one day” to.
Maybe now is the time to ask:
What could that one day look like?
Because you matter too.
She’s just been waiting a very long time for you to come back to her.
